1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds for software purchases made through our DroneRecon under the following circumstances:
a. Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent the software from functioning as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
b. Defective Product: If you receive a defective software product that cannot be fixed or replaced within a reasonable timeframe.
c. Unauthorised Purchases: If your credit card or payment method was used without your consent to purchase the software.
d. Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same software product twice.
2. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of your purchase. You can reach our support team via email@example.com. Please provide the following information with your refund request:
a. Order Details: Order number, date of purchase, and the email address used for the purchase.
b. Reason for Refund: Clearly explain the reason for your refund request, providing any relevant details or documentation.
3. Refund Evaluation and Approval

6. Non-Refundable Items

a. Software purchased outside of South African.
b. Software that has been used or altered by the customer.

d. Flight packs that have been generated through the website.
