The successful generation of a Flight Pack does not imply that all regulatory requirements are fulfilled, or that the operator is allowed to conduct operations in a specific area or that the UAS complied with the required performance. The Accountable Manager of the UASOC remains the final authority.

The pilot in command should consult the latest NOTAMS, weather forecasts, and other relevant publications as required by their statutory or regulatory authority for the latest information. It remains the responsibility of the operator and/or aircraft commander to ensure that all aspects of the flight can be conducted safely.

VIO uses data provided by third parties and cannot guarantee the timely delivery or accuracy of this data.

Users are to ensure they are familiar with the products before using this service.

You expressly agree that use of the site is at your sole risk. Neither VIO, its affiliates nor any of their respective employees, agents, third party content providers or licensors warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the site, or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information, service or merchandise provided through the site.
